Ingredients:

1) cauliflower, cabbage, Brinjal, Potatoes, Green Peas, Tomatoes, Onions and Garlic
2) Turmeric Powder, Salt, Pav Bhaji Masala, Garam Masala, Green Chili Powder

Recipe Steps

1) First chop cauliflower, cabbage, Brinjal, Potatoes, Green Peas and boil it in pressure cooker. Once boiled mesh it.

2) Make a gravy of Tomatoes. Make a gravy of Onions and Garlic as shown in video.

3) Now to cook the Bhaji, add some oil in cooking pot and then add the Onion gravy. After mixing it add the tomato gravy and let it cook for few minutes.

4) Once it is cooked add all the masalas and mix it. After mixing it add boiled vegetable gravy and mix it well again and let it cook for another ten minutes.

5) Fry the bread or Pav with little bit oil or button in pan.

6) Once the Bhaji is ready add one or half lemon juice and mix it again.

7) Serve the Pav and Bhaji with onions and salad.

Ragda Petis | Ragda Patties Recipe in Hindi

Ingredients

1) Green Peas, Boiled Potatoes, Onions, Tomatoes, Coriander, Lemon, Mint, Chili-Garlic-Ginger Paste

2) Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Sugar, Garam Masala, Salt, Cumin-Coriander Powder, Oil

Recipe Steps
1) Boil the green peas in pressure cooker until one whistle.

2) Let’s chop onion, tomato, coriander and mint. Also we have the paste of green chili, ginger and garlic.

3) To cook the Ragada, we took oil in cooking pot and once the oil become hot, add the chili-ginger-garlic paste and Chopped onion and tomatoes. Let it cook for ten minutes.

4) We have meshed boiled potatoes with little turmeric powder, salt, coriander, chili-ginger-garlic paste and one table spoon corn flour.

5) Take some little oil in hand and make round shapes patties as shown in video.

6) Spread some oil in non stick pan and put all the patties to fry for five minutes each side.

7) Our gravy should be ready until now for Ragada, so let’s add all the spices and boiled peas and two potatoes and mix it well and then add the water. Let it cook for ten minutes.

8) Once the Ragada is ready after ten minutes add some coriander and half lemon juice.

9) Serve the Ragada Patties with chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Coriander, Sev, Green Chutney and Date and Tamarind Chutney.

Rava Uttapam Recipe | Suji(Semolina) Uttapam | Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

1) 2 cups of suji(semolina), 2 table spoon of rice floor, 2 table spoon curd
2) 1 tomato, 2 green chili, 1 onion, spring onion(optional), carrot(optional), Coriander
3) Oil, Salt, Chaat masala

Step 1
Add 2 cups of suji(semolina), 2 table spoon of rice floor and 2 table spoon curd in one bowl and mix it with water.

Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Let’s chop the tomato, onion, green chili, spring onion, carrot and coriander.

Step 3
Once the batter is ready after 15 minutes then add all the chopped vegetables and mix it with it.

Step 4
To cook the batter, spread one table spoon of oil in the pan. Now add one serving bowl of batter and spread it evenly. After spreading it, let it cook for two minutes for each side.

Let’s see the ingredients to cook the Khichadi first.

Ingredients
1) Half cup of Toor Dal(Pigeon Pea)
2) Two cups of rice
3) One potato, Two onions, One tomato, Two green chilis, Peanuts.

Here are the steps to cook it.

Step 1
Wash the toor daal(Pigeon Pea) and rice mixer in water and keep it wet in water for five to seven minutes.

Let’s Chop all the vegetables.

Take four to five table spoon oil in pressure cooker and let it hot for two three minutes.

Step 4

Once the oil is hot; we will add the Cinnamon(Dalachini), Indian Bay Leaf(Tej Patta), Cloves(laung) cumin Seed(Jira), Brown mustard Seed(Rai), Asafoetida(Hing) and after that we will add all chopped vegetables and mix it. we will let all vegetables cook for two to three minutes.

Step 5

Now, add one table spoon of Turmeric powder(Haldi), Red Chili Powder(lal mirch), garam masala and salt according to your taste and mix it.

Step 6

Add four to five glass of water in the mixer and mix everything well again and let it cook in pressure cooker until two whistle.

Step 7

Once the Khichdi is cooked, let cooker to cool down little bit and serve the delicious Khichdi.

Ingredients: Pasta, Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Tomato, Green Chili, Salt, Coriander, Pasta Masala, Water

Step -1

Take the two glass of water and let it boiled. We can add one table spoon salt in that also we can add oil as well.

Step 2

Gravy

To make the pasta gravy we will need Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Tomato and Green Chili. We can mix everything in mixer to have the gravy.

Step 3

Until now we might have the water boiled so we can add the pasta to get boiled. As soon as pasta get boiled we can fry the gravy.

Step 4

Take some oil and after two three minutes we will add add the gravy in oil and fry it for about five minutes. After it get fried well add some salt and ready made pasta masala to it. You can easily get the pasta masala packet from the grocery store if you didn’t get it with ready made pasta.

Step 5

Now the pasta should be boiled so let’s mix it with the gravy and cook it for few minutes.

Our pasta is ready now. You can garnish it with coriander and serve it. 🙂
