Rava Uttapam Recipe | Suji(Semolina) Uttapam | Healthy Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

1) 2 cups of suji(semolina), 2 table spoon of rice floor, 2 table spoon curd
2) 1 tomato, 2 green chili, 1 onion, spring onion(optional), carrot(optional), Coriander
3) Oil, Salt, Chaat masala

Step 1
Add 2 cups of suji(semolina), 2 table spoon of rice floor and 2 table spoon curd in one bowl and mix it with water.

Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 2
Let’s chop the tomato, onion, green chili, spring onion, carrot and coriander.

Step 3
Once the batter is ready after 15 minutes then add all the chopped vegetables and mix it with it.

Step 4
To cook the batter, spread one table spoon of oil in the pan. Now add one serving bowl of batter and spread it evenly. After spreading it, let it cook for two minutes for each side.

Step 5
Once it is cooked both the sides; we can serve the Uttapam with ketchup and green chutney.
